Meet Me on Monday

Here's a fun little meme I found over at A Gracious Home. I love stuff like this! Hope you enjoy it too.

1. Do you like your ice cream in a dish, waffle cone, pretzel cone, sugar cone or cake cone?
I typically have ice cream in a dish. The ice cream has enough calories; do I need to add more with a cone? I don't think so.

2. Do you read the newspaper daily?
I usually watch the news or read it on the internet. I only read our town's local paper which comes out twice a month.

3. Marinara or meat sauce?
Both, though I usually make marinara.

4. Last time you cried?
When I saw the news about the little girl who was killed in the Arizona shooting. That just broke my heart. I can't imagine the pain her parents must be in right now.

5. What word/phrase do you find really annoying?
"You know what I'm saying?" repeated after every single sentence in a conversation. I feel like screaming, "YES!! I know what you're saying!! If I don't know what you're saying I'll let you know!!"

Have a great week everyone!

OMG! Your answer to question 5 reminded of E.D. Whenever he tells you something point blank, he almost always finishes his sentence with, "if you know what I mean" in a sarcastic tone. But he doesn't say it when he's saying something that has a "hidden" meaning; he'll say something like "the sports guy was using HCG which is really a steroid ... if you know what I mean". Milt and I just laugh every time!!

Hi!

Thanks for visiting my blog and for joining the Meet Me on Monday!

Those are some great answers!

Could please either link this post back to me as this is my meme or add the Meet Me On Monday button to your post so that others know where it originated! That is listed in the rules!!

I know what you mean about skipping the cone but my problem is I always put way too much goop on top of my ice cream...
