Oh, my poor blog! I've ignored you for several days! Actually, I've been non-stop busy, what with both my older kids home this past week, getting stuff done around the house, my oldest son's 25th birthday, and a discipleship conference at our church, I'm surprised I'm still able to sit down and post anything! But it's Monday, and a new week, with new delights and challenges.
Today I'm taking my daughter to the dermatologist to renew her medication. She has rosacea, a skin condition which gives her red cheeks with a small rash that sometimes looks like acne, only it isn't. Medicines help control it. Afterwards we're going to have lunch together and just be mom and daughter. Maybe I'll get some housework done, maybe I won't, but I will enjoy this beautiful and very hot Monday. Temps are expected to be in the upper 80s. If this is April, I wonder what July is gonna be like!
