As I was driving through our town today I noticed all the trees. Where I live there are streets where it's literally a canopy of trees, and unlike the rest of the country, they stay green year round. I thought about growing up in New York and how there was very little greenery in the city; lots of tall buildings and cement sidewalks, and not much else. I'm so thankful the Lord has seen fit to put me in a place that's so green. I love the grass, the trees, the plants and flowers and natural beauty. I hope I never have to live in a mega-city again. Give me small town living any day!

Very sweet post.
I love trees and green, too! How nice that you get to enjoy that year round.
Thank you so much for your sweet words!
... and soon (if not now) the trees will be changing color. Spectacular!!! Happy Thankful Thursday :)
