Observing My Senses

For Today, January 5, 2013...

I am seeing...a cloudy day.  My daughter getting ready for orientation.  A hash brown patty on a plate.

I am feeling...excited for my daughter because she's gonna start a new job soon.  Concerned over our dog Molly who, for the first time ever, is ignoring her breakfast.

I am hearing...the toaster oven ticking as my daughter's lunch gets cooked.  Water running as she washes up.

I am tasting...nothing at the moment.  I'll have my breakfast soon.

I am smelling...sausages, hash browns, coffee, and a frozen pizza my daughter is packing for lunch.  That's diversity.

It just takes a moment to observe your surroundings.  Won't you join me?
