Observing My Senses

For Today, October 20, 2012...

I am seeing...the day coming to an end.  It's starting to end early every day.

I am feeling...tired after helping my son with one of his science projects and a civics project, and knowing he has about 5 more homework assignments to finish.

I am hearing...the toaster oven ticking, and a Hot Wheels commercial as my son watches some cartoons.  He's tired of doing homework and needed a break.

I am tasting...nothing right now, but I hope to taste a chicken sandwich soon.

I am smelling...Tyson chicken cooking up in the toaster oven.  Once in a while, Mom needs a break from the kitchen.

It just takes a moment to observe your surroundings.  Won't you join me?
